Yes, all lenses for 8ight Stella or Solar Cover Sunglasses are all polarized to protect your eyes from the Sun’s rays.

2. Do your lenses offer UV Protection?

Yes, we take eye health and protection very seriously. That is why 8ight Stella or Solar Cover Sunglasses lenses are POLARIZED UV400, that can block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

3. Do you accept any exchange or request for replacement?

Unfortunately, No. That is why we highly encourage you to double check your order to ensure that you are ordering the correct product/s.

4. How long is the delivery process?

For orders within Metro Manila, please expect delivery within 3-5 days. For provincial areas, delivery may vary depending on the courier’s schedule but estimated shipping duration is 7-12 days.

5. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 7-day warranty from the date of confirmed delivery. Our warranty only covers factory defect detected or noticed upon receipt of the item.

6. Are 8ight Stella or Solar Cover Sunglasses heavy?

Not at all! Weighing less than 20 grams, about the weight of a AA battery, you don’t have to worry about uncomfortable and unsightly nose indentations.

7. How do you use the Solar Cover Clip On Sunglass?

The Solar Cover Clip On Sunglass is designed to attach to your existing prescription glasses.

8. How do I determine which design will fit my face?

8ight Stella or Solar Cover Sunglasses come with their dimensions indicated which you can use as reference when determining the design that will perfectly fit you.

We also provided a recommendation chart for each model, which shows the face shapes that will go well with each design.

SHIPPING

• Eyes Manila aims to deliver your orders within the next day for all Metro Manila locations and 7-12 business days Nationwide after every successful payment.

• Our delivery schedule runs from Mondays to Saturdays. Please remember that we do not deliver during Sundays and Holidays.

• We deliver same-day or next-day via Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, or Joyride. Payment for the delivery fee will be shouldered by the User.

• We offer a standard shipping option via Lite Express for provincial locations. Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address for a fixed delivery charge of only P250 for the rest of the Philippines. The delivery period for Lite Express-sent orders will depend on Lite Express' jurisdiction and schedule. A tracking no. will be provided to you for tracking and reference.

• Eyes Manila delivers Nationwide. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of the Philippines will not be fulfilled.

• Eyes Manila ships to the office address too. We will aim to deliver orders for shipping to office addresses from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm.

• Once your order has been packed and prepared, you will receive a Shipment Notification email to let you know that your package is about to leave our warehouse, indicating the estimated arrival date of your package.

• If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by him (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Eyes Manila.

• Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.

REFUND

• All sales are final and no refund will be issued for completed and paid orders unless the order was canceled by Eyes Manila.

• For orders that were not processed or canceled by Eyes Manila, we will either not charge you, or refund you the total billed amount.

• The preceding actions shall be applied to the rightful person(s) in cases of fraud. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy posted on the Site before making any purchases.
